So what tickled me most here was Pam and Jim's learning about Belsnickel well ahead of his appearance in season 9. Next time I watch that episode it will be with this head canon.
Great job getting the elements in there too (some of mine were on your list) and visions of Pam and Jim happily enjoying the holiday and the fireplace always a good read.

This was all very cute. Well done on getting all those elements into this one. The images of Jim and Pam curled up by the fire was delightful, especially with the implication of later activities. Same when they wake up next to each other on Christmas. It's always fun peaking in on them as they wake up in each other's arms. Dwight just showing up out of the blue though was very unexpected. At the same time it was a heartwarming moment because of the Dwight/Pam friendship. Also good on Jim for not messing with Dwight when he's in the middle of a minor sort of crisis and on Christmas. Shows that Jim is a good guy.
Delightful story to be sure. Loved it.
