Ooh. Excellent last sentence. I also love this line:

It's just so sad. I really like Karen, I do. But this is just not a healthy relationship for her.
As for schoolwork, totally understandable. I should actually be writing one of three essays right now, but I saw that you updated and couldn't stay away!

I love this story. I love the intimacy that's beginning to redevlop between Pam and Jim. (I feel a little bit bad for Karen, except not really, but I do appreciate the chapters that you've written from her persepctive.) Please do update soon--this is such a great story. Thanks!
