Sorry I didn't review the first time I read this awhile back.  Anyhow, I'm really glad that Jim finally came to his senses and was honest with both himself and Karen.  And what a great friend Patrick is for Pam.

Author's Response: Pam and Patrick are 2 P's in a pod...haha...I'm now laughing at my own joke. How sad.
Anyways, thanks so much for taking time to go back and review this chapter.

EE! More! I absolutely love your writing style, it's perfect and rarely do you get OOC. ;]

Author's Response: Aw thanks! I love hearing that because I'm always wondering if I'm being true enough to the characters.
Thanks for the review!

Keep it going! I'm about inches away from whoring myself out for a good ending. (And I'm not really that good in bed...so maybe a half chapter? LOL)

Author's Response: I'm actually considering holding back on posting the next chapter...I haven't gotten any in a while...I'm totally joking...You don't have to prostitute yourself to me...
Thank you for your amazing review(s)!

Pam, you sneaky bint! LOL

Author's Response: Pam is probably my best friend since she gets to dance with a mighty fine man like Patrick/Dominic Mohanagan...

Author's Response: yeah...I miss The Office....

I love the visual aids! You rawk. And I love Ali already

Author's Response: I love visual aids...I'm a much more visual person in general, if that makes any sense to you.
I'm glad to hear that I rawk.
Thanks for your review!!

Ugh Karen is such a bitch....I hope Jim sees her true colors soon and goes back to his friend's side where he's needed most

Author's Response: Oh Jim. You are a conflicted little man...well he's actually not that little but you get my meaning.
Thanks for the review!!

Nice chapter.  I loved Allison's line at the end.

Author's Response: Thanks. That line in the end I've actually heard before on a TV show....I think it may have been Buffy but I'm not sure...

So Allison really needs to become an actual character on the show because I completely love her.  There needs to be a truly snarky/loyal figure like that in Pam's life.

Author's Response: Oh how I love snark! I think that if people spoke their minds more often, there wouldn't be as much crazy sexual tension in ther world...Ok now I'm just rambling...
Thank you for your review!

I really like how you've portrayed Karen here. After seeing how callous she was about Jan's breakdown in the finale, I could see her being blase about Pam in this situation also.

I'm looking foward to seeing where you take this.

Author's Response: Thank you. I definitely agree about your opinion on Karen and how she not only reacted towards Jan's breakdown but towards Pam. I mean, I think it's fine to be pissed off but definitely wasn't making herself look better by rushing in to talk to Jim when he noticed Pam and him talking about Jan's implants or by glaring daggers into Pam's back...or by calling her a bitch.

I think you are making Karen into a villian, and it's turning me off the story. I'm not a big fan of Karen myself, but I hate when people portray her as this horrible bitch in fanfic. I mean is she suppose to be happy that her boyfriend is obsessed with some woman? I think if Alison should hate someone it should be Jim for being such a bitch when it comes to what Karen wants in this story.

Also, Patrick is a little too good to be true. And it was kind of weird because in the first chapter you had pam saying she had no friends and then all of sudden there's this Patrick guy.

Author's Response: I really don't think Karen is a bitch in general but she definitely has a mean streak which comes out in The Job. However, if I were to be truely honest, I would react in a similar way that Karen has been acting even if it is rude.
I'm sorry it's "turning you off".
Thank you for sharing your perspective.

Wait, who is Charlie?  Do you mean Patrick?  Anyhow... I'm looking forward to reading more of this!  (Pam should totally go out dancing.  But not anywhere that Roy would go.  Whew!)

Author's Response: Oh my god, this happens everytime! I always think about LOST. I'll have to change that!

Poor Pam! I'm glad shes got Allison and Patrick to cheer her up. I hope Jim comes to his senses soon and drops Karen. Shes not really mean here, but shes getting close.

Great job!

Author's Response: Karen is definitely toeing the line.
Thanks for the review!

I was just thinking about this story the other day.  So glad to see it return.  A little sappy, yes.  Overly sappy, no.  I'm not sure where I see this story going but I'm sure I will still be reading.  What I really like about this story is Pam's friends so I would hope you include more of them.  That's all, nice work.

Author's Response: I'm glad you like the friends. I was a little nervous writing them into the fic at first.
And I'm glad you didn't think it was overly sappy.

I loved your end notes!  You summed up this chapter very well.  I'm really enjoying Allison and Patrick as Pam's friends!

Author's Response: I'm glad you like my end notes.
I think I'll make them longer and maybe more interesting...just for you.

Jim really is being a horse's ass here, isn't he?  Telling Allison he thinks she may have a crush on him, telling Karen how hot she looked.  Glad Allison gave him a good talking too. And I'm even more glad to see Patrick on the scene.

Author's Response: Yeah. I like making him less perfect. It makes it feel more realistic...to me at least...I may have some unresolved issues with men. ; )
I love Allison and Patrick....even though I made them up...

I'm glad to see the story back again!  I never finished reading it so this is a good time to catch up!  And I just love Allison!  What a great idea to go dancing!

Author's Response: I love dancing.
It honestly just solves all my problems.
Thank you for reviewing!

Glad Pam is ok...and I'm with Allison in wanting torip the magazine away from Karen and beat her with it (did Jim see that, maybe that could be the catalyst to him ending it with her without feeling so conflicted--eventhough I don't really know why he's so conflicted)

Great job...can't wait for the Jam talk!!

Author's Response: Yeah. I'm kind of basing the actions and character of Allison after what I, as a person, would do if I worked with them....

awww...glad pam's not too bad off.  I do love Patrick.

Now to make it right with Jim and Pam

Author's Response: Oh, I would marry Patrick if he were real...

Jim to the rescue! I like it.

Author's Response: That all of a sudden makes me wonder about what Jim would be like as a superhero.....
NEW FAN FIC IDEA!

more please!  I'm liking Patrick more and more as this story progresses.  Great job!

Author's Response: Yeah...I've grown pretty attached to the characters Patrick and Allison and might incorporate them into my future stories.
Thanks for the review!

OMG you better update soon!  It was rough, but hey it's fanfic!  And whatever it takes to Jim and Pam together... :-)

Good work!

Author's Response: Yeah. Sometimes turning it into a soap opera brings out the intensity in everyone...
I think it works.
Thanks for the review so so so much!...
I'm such a desperate author.
