Hurray, hurray! Of course, she had to get into a NY school for it all to work, but still, I'm relieved. I really like your description of her time since breaking things off with Roy.

I am glad that chapters are long... I printed out while I was getting my hair done and the time just flew by.
On to the story... I liked how Pam is starting to come into her all by herself and I especially like the conversation she had w/ her mom and the support she gets from her. You captured the acceptance letter scene great.
I am looking forwward to more and I will be reading the next chapter tonight.
Side note: I too live in area where the jobs suck and I am currently way over qualified for my job!
