Author's Response: Thanks for the compliment! It took me a bit to get the wording I was looking for with Jim's description of why Ryan didn't need the mug. It needed to be that smooth way he can pacify Michael, like with convincing Michael that Pam's Dundie needed to be changed. So, I am happy you feel I got it.

I'm curious about Ryan's idea. I do continue to find it interesting how what Ryan lacks, jim has, and vice versa.
I also really liked how you handled the scene with michael and the mug. Flawless and perfect Jim voice. I look forward to more!
