So my brain (if not evident by all my other reviews) is clearly broken. So, when I read this, I thought of For Whom The Bell Tolls. And how the earth moved when they had sex in it and such. No idea how that connection came about, but, yes, it is a strange one indeed.
(here I thought I was in a somewhat normal mood to be reviewing... apparently, not the case).
Normal review part:
She nodded, her eyes dark with emotion. “In more ways than one, as I recall.”
So great.
(see how I am able to be normal for a whole two words)

This story makes me feel like Forrest Gump - each chapter is like a different chocolate, one more luscious than the next. Nice memory of them glowing at each other over the poker table in CN. Still makes me kind of swoony.

Ahhhh, this is all so dreamy. I LOVED this part:
She wondered if he had a sixth sense to know when she was watching him, for after he took a sip of the drink the waitress handed him, he looked directly at her. The thrill she felt when she saw his whole face light up in recognition made her want to run right over to him. But instead she continued to stand there, staring back, hoping that he could tell by just looking at her how much she loved him.Thanks again, Moxie.
