" His mocking face continued. "I think I told you yesterday that I would be there at six soooo I'm pretty sure I'll be there at six.""
That seems so Jim :)
Well, all of the lines seem very Pam and Jim, just that one really caught my eye

*sigh* So happy :) I loved Michael's reaction to Karen and Ryan leaving -- Traitors! Haha. And I loved Jim's persistence at going to Pam's art show. *happy sigh*

Your Michael is so perfectly Michael!  Between his "...we don't have to listen to her" and the traitor speech, I can only imagine the hell Karen and Ryan will be putting the Scranton office through. The Pam and Jim conversation was so sweet.

Author's Response: How can you not love Michael? I so had to add him in for that reason.

Good dialog! I can just hear Jim saying, "I think I told you yesterday that I would be there at six soooo I'm pretty sure I'll be there at six."

Author's Response: In his sarcastic Jim voice, which I love! You can never have enough Sarcastic!Jim.

Nice!  I'm surprised you went with Karen getting the job and Ryan being number 2 for her.  Interesting!

I love Jim's "I'm pretty sure I'll be there at six" and that whole discussion.

Kelly dissing Ryan's bedroom skills in front of everyone was pretty funny.  I don't know what I'd do if I ever saw anyone do that.  Yikes.

I'm enjoying your story!

Author's Response: I wanted to shake up Karen and Ryan a bit so I'm glad you liked it.

I fear for Karen & Ryan as the new boss-team.  But I'm dying to get to the art show!! (Jim's insistence at being there at six is SOOOOO s2 Jim. hurray!)

Yay for Sharky writing being back!!!  :-)

Author's Response: I think I may have to skip anymore Karen & Ryan because those two as bosses would be scary.

Your Jim and Pam interactions were really spot on here. And, poor Micheal; he is just heartbroken that his family has betrayed him.

Author's Response: I know. Michael's kids are his employees, poor guy, which just makes it all funnier in that context.

I actually have a little fluttery feeling in my gut right now, along with an enormous smile on my face.  Wow.  I'm just loving this so much -- first of all, the discomfort level here is right on par with the show: equal parts cringeworthy and absolutey hilarious!  I can so see Kelly storming out while still screaming at Ryan, and I could completely hear Michael giving that little speech.  Even Kevin's, "I think it does" was spot-on.

And Jim & Pam...love that when he moves to the old desk, you have him say, "I'm back."  Lovely allusion to the conversation from Beach Day/The Job.  And that last little exchange is so very Jim & Pam -- if we're lucky this season, this is exactly the dynamic we'll see.

But uh, since we won't know for nine more weeks, could you just keep this going?  And update way quickly?  'Kay thanks, bye!  LOL

Seriously, though -- love this.  Such a treat!

Author's Response: As much as it's totally Jim and Pam, I had to add those other characters in because it wouldn't be the same DM without them so glad you liked those little moments. And yeah, the "I'm back" was a BG/Job reference, albeit a bit blatant.

Heh...interesting twist on the "who got the job?" debate. Wouldn't it be hilariously awful if Karen actually did get the job and became Jim's boss? Can you say vindictive?

Again, really fantastic stuff here. I love the continued awkward JAMminess of the story, and Michael's anger over being "betrayed." Nicely done!

Author's Response: Exactly! Karen as Jim's boss would be all kinds of cool awkwardness.
