This was really cute! And as much as we all hope that things will go completely smoothly for them, it's probably going to be a little awkward at first! And the Roy memories...ugh, poor girl should have ditched him while she could! Great job :-)

Wow, really good story. That date with Roy sounds so totally in character, and it pains me to think that their second date (jim/pams) isn't so hot.
One minor thing that I hate mentioning is that it is Beesly, only with 2 e's...but, yeah, minor.

And that Jim can redeem himself.
Really great story!

Author's Response: Hey, thanks for the correction.  I've seen it spelled both ways, and then when I was writing it I couldn't remember the one that I had read was the right one.   Glad you liked the story :)

That was very cute.  This felt very true to life for me...

“I’m not very good at the beginning of relationships,” Jim cut her off.  “It’s just so awkward and weird and I thought we’d be past that with having known each other for while, but maybe not.  I’m sorry, you probably didn’t care about Wife Swap, but maybe if you watch it with me one…”

Congrats on your first Office fanfic!

I just love how Pam realizes that Jim is different and that he cares, and how that makes her look at the dates differently. Really nicely done.
And I never thought about it before, but Jim is SO awkward!
This was really great. Looking forward to more from you!

ooh, you had me worried there for a bit -- one the one hand, they know each other so well, how could it possibly be bad, but on the other, there is that worry of whether they can be more than friends.  (The question for S4, no?)

Love how Pam realizes things are just the way they should be.  Adorable.
