So happy! Honest to God, I thought to myself, "I sure am in the mood for another kgreene cold opener..." and there one was! Loved it, loved it. Though I am not sure about the Rain Man reference - Michael seems immature and a bit socially clueless at times...well...maybe that does fall under the autism spectrum...Again, I say: you write dialogue to perfection, to absolute perfection. Dare I say better than the actual writers?? I can really see the faces to match the scene - to a point where I am getting slightly confused sometimes. (real episode, or kgreene fanfic?)
Author's Response: Wow, that's high praise! Thank you! And it's funny you should mention that about the Rain Man comparison. I felt that it was kinda a stretch for Carol to think that initially but the more I thought about Michael the more I could see someone saying " Wow... this kinda makes me think of him in a way." It's not spot on for sure and there is exaggeration in the comparison but I thought it was funny enough to get away with. Thanks for bringing that up, that is a worthy point to discuss.
