Of course she knew...about last night and about Pam. What woman wouldn't? Poor Jim; he hasn't really done anything wrong.

Beautiful, but sad. I like how you show some good things and some bad about her life.

I would hate to be any other woman in Jim's life, not just right now, but ever. Excellent tension, great descriptions of the body language.

I like the details about Michael. Otherwise, this is is delicious, but painful! Great writing. Excellent pacing and characterization, especially.

Hey... where did you go?

Come back soon, okay? I really miss reading new installments of this amazingly moving story.

OK you have to stop. This is the angstiest angstfest of all time. I can't take these short chapters and the lump in my throat that they cause. Ugh. Ok don't stop. It's too good.

Oh, my heart. I have spent the morning, and 2 cups of coffee, reading this story from the beginning. It is just breaking me. Who to hope for? Molly and Doug are so normal and do not deserve this pain but how can I NOT want Pam and Jim to find their way back together? Molly and Doug do not deserve the left over love they are being handed. Pam and Jim deserve to be w/ one another and Molly and Doug need to be free to find the love they deserve. Please? :) Just heart-wrenchingly good. Can't want for more.

I read the four (thank you!) new chapters last night and couldn't even leave a review, because I had no words.  I reread all 17 chapters this morning.  I still wanted more, so I mapquested the neighborhood so I could remember.  I added the Central Park Grill (the CPG! So many great nights I barely remember!) so I could take the walk with Doug and Jim.  Sure, it's a little creepy, but it's all your fault.

This story owns my soul.  Thank you so much for updating so many chapters and so often!

I feel like Jim must feel...completely hit in the gut. As a matter of fact, how they ALL must feel. Quite honestly you've left me (just about) speechless here.  I'm not sure who to root for in this! Everyone is so great!  I applaud you for not taking the easy way out by making Dough or Molly jerks.  They are real people just trying to hang on to the people they love. This continues to be great, quality writing.

oh my God!!!! this story is getting so freakin good! I'm so excited you're updating so regularly, everytime I log in here I run to the most recent thread to see if you've updated. Excited to see where this goes, and getting more and more confused about who I want to come out of this unbroken! :)

"His head comes up and he looks Jim square in the eye. “If I’m losing her, man, I have to know why.”

I didn't want to like Molly or Doug. But I do. Is this part of your evil plan so your "happy ending if not quite exactly what we had in mind" ending is easier to take?  (j/k!)

"She’d gone upstairs to bed, her mouth drawn down in the corners, eyes so sad they looked about to slide off her face."

Beautiful imagery. This story pulls me in more and more until I'm afraid I'll spend the rest of the night hitting refresh to see if you've updated.

I don't even know what to say anymore to convey how great this is, Shass. Just keep 'em coming and I'll try to get creative. -CH

“Two hours, okay? Sort of not kidding here.”

Oh, that cracks me up - and it probably shouldn't. Still completely fascinated by this story.

OH MY.  I'm still processing Each to Each.  "“What kills me is…” His voice breaks, just a little. “…that I’m the guy you settled for.”  I cant let that go.  And now this?  I'll bet she cried for 5 hours.  Keep posting, please.  Dont leave me hanging.

I was so glad that Doug didn't react to Pam's news with a temper like Roy would have, but now that he seems to be going to confront Jim, I'm wondering if the anger is about to appear.

This story is killing me but I can't stay away. I want to skip to the end and see what happens so I can read it without the lump in my throat.

"He’d stared at the little terrace, a balcony really, that jutted from the top floor of the old Victorian, flowerboxes neatly perched on the railing, pretty French doors leading to the cozy space inside."

The house sounds so like Pam. She finally got her terrace and filled it with flowers.

Shass...Shass...Shass....

This is agonizing. I don't know who to root for. Jim and Pam? Molly? Doug? so good and so real. Have I said that before? I hope there's more. But then again I don't want it to end. Argh!!!!
