First off, I love the premise of this story. The idea that it's Pam who left instead of Jim (twice) is just so great! And the fact that she took the chance by asking Jan for that internship in NYC is great as well. My favorite is probably the fact that she didn't tell Jim because of the way he was treating her, he didn't deserved to know. But the way you wrote his reaction to finding out Pam left, I just can't help but feel a bit sorry for him (until I realized that he's still with Karen). I can't wait to continue reading this and is so happy that it is completed! Great job!

Oh, Jim. That's really all I can say about Jim's actions here. But seriously? I love this story. I love Pam going out for the internship and i just...I love it! This is really awesomely written and was the perfect reward for cleaning my room. Keep it up, please! I must know what happens next!
