Three cheers for long chapters! You've been a busy little bee. This was my fine consolation prize for missing House tonight (although, for the first time in eight years, I didn't curse a blue streak at a Presidential interruption). Such a fun read--blood, screaming, unrequited love, the Halpert wit AND the Halpert treasure trail--what more could a girl want? Looking forward to the grand conclusion (well, not happy about the story ending...you know what I mean) ; )
Author's Response: (sorry about the House) I wasn't wild about this chapter because I couldn't seem to get it to end, it was awfully wordy, and it just felt, I don't know...like the long hall between two rooms or something.
