Having recently read Persuasion, I would dearly love to see this continued. I admire its easy comingling of the very British original with the Scrantonian Office, and I wish to see more of it.

And I don't think dear Jane would roll in her grave at all. Think about it - if she were around today, The Office would totally be her favorite show. Biting social satire mixed with subtle romance? Right up her alley.
I love the idea, and am eagerly look forward to more.

I'm trying to come up with a suitable review, and all I can think of is to squee over the way that you echo Austen so well in your sentence structure, and yet it doesn't sound too old-fashioned, and your characters are still Jim and Pam! Yay!
