Love it! It's basically what would have happened if Pam had asked Jim all the questions she was likely asking herself between season 2 and 3, that how good your characterisation is! It's almost like a monologue for Pam :) I can't wait for the next update!

Okay this is spot-on characterisation right here! I can completely believe that if Jim hadn't walked away after the confession that Pam would have burst into tears.

Right I'm down for this fic! I'm reading this on my phone and I have to say, the way you've formatted and set out the text and speech is so clear, so bravo!
Although this chapter is obviously setup and dialogue from the show, your additions are still a wonderful addition and seem to me to be very true to the character of Jim. Well done for posting your first fic, and I'm looking forward to more! :)
