I love this glimpse into what Pam is thinking. And i love how you wrote Pam, so much more assured than she comes across but without pushing to to a level that becomes believable. I love how she incorporated things she wrote in the emails into the letter. I had an idea a few days ago to do something similar a la “Dear Mr Henshaw” but now I don’t know if I can because you did this so well! Great job.
