I'm horrible at reviewing so I apologize for that but know that I skip over this fic for a few days so I can binge read the newest updates all at once because I can never get enough of them. But this poem might be my favorite so far, I absolutely adore it to no end. You are a fantastic writer, Dernhelm, I don't know how you do it.

Author's Response: Oh, Aly, thank you so much for your kind words! I appreciate them beyond measure, and I'm happy that my writing brings you joy <3

Love this one. I always loved how she was the only one NOT to name him and yet was the only one who really could.

Author's Response: Thank you so much, Bored! I'm glad you enjoyed this vignette :)

"salty playfulness" is an outstanding way to summarize how the office women see Jim.
"She wasn’t used to sharing her secrets." Great sentence.
Congrats on the streak.

Author's Response: Thank you very much, Once!

Love that even early on Pam does know what she feels for Jim. This has the feeling that this is what she's thinking right before she tamps her feelings down under denial or obligation. Nice work as always.

Author's Response: Thank you! I think that Pam's love for Jim back then consisted of many things, and the physical attraction was one of them. But you're right, she was suppressing them all...

I liked this a lot... and in particular the dual reference of the element to her burning cheeks and, you know, the actual fire that Ryan started.

Author's Response: Thank you! I like it the most when I could tie different meanings to one element :)
