Ok, so a decent amount to unpack here. As much as I would have loved for Pam to have chewed out Roy, I get why she didn't. What's the point? It's not going to change anything and would only add to the tension. Also allows her to start in on some introspection.
Good motherly advice from Betsy there. Loved that look into the relationship she and Jim have.
The next day with Pam thinking about her feelings felt like a nice continuation of her thoughts from the previous night. How she feels about Jim vs. how she felt about Roy. Nice work adding in some lines from canon too.
Then having Pam meet the parents and it all goes swimmingly. Though I wonder if her thought of "I could see myself living here," is a nice little foreshadow. Loved bringing in the yearbook too. And she's off to make the comic! Awwww.
Felt like this was a nice way to ease off some of the tension from the end of the non-date that was very much a date and hopefully they'll go back and recon that to each other when they finally get together.

It was all going so well! Gah! The song, the holding each other on the ice, how easy it is all with each other. Then not only does Roy have to ruin it, but it get's Pam flustered and she says it's not a date. Pam, tear Roy a new asshole for that one! Ah. Hopefully Jim's not to broken hearted about it all, though time will tell.

They're both so adorably flustered with each other. Jim's internal thoughts about her was really cute too. Same with the thought he's putting into the Teapot. Really great that Pam is also basically of the same mind when it comes to trying to keep him around. I've got a feeling that they'll find plenty of reasons to get past that, "nothing's keeping me here," gaff.
A bit more physical contact there. You can just feel how much they want to be and do more with each other. Patience kids. If all goes well, it'll happen soon.
Also really liked the opened eye moment Pam had with Roy. He's still trying to get her to do everything and is just lazing around the place. Yeah, you dodged a bullet there Pam and it's great that she's seen that for herself.
Really looking forward to the date.

Oops, I didn’t realise how behind on this I’d got - but v excited that that meant I had 3 chapters to read! This continues to just be a delight. I loved the little peek into Jim’s friendship with Mark (the mix of Mark’s excitement about the porn while also encouraging Jim to be honest felt v realistic - and ‘ixnay on Porno Pam’ might be one of my new favourite lines), and Pam’s with Penny and Isabel, where I really appreciated Pam not actually needing to wallow, and Isabel recognising that. Also, I think this might be the best working in of the jinx scene that I’ve ever seen, hehe - so awkward, and so funny. Jim using it to fake a climax, and Michael loving the improvisation, is just genius. And then David Wallace! And Suck It! Amazing. I always love some David: and I love him offering Jim a job here. But also the tension that that potentially brings to him and Pam…very interested to see what this ends up meaning for them. I’m really glad Pam actually made the first move on the Friday date though! Can’t wait for the next chapter :)

Lots of fun moments from the show here. The chili, Dwight's tux, Michael's burnt foot, David warming to Jim right from the off. Nice job.
A bit more of the plot kind of stuff picking up too. Though not without some tension. However I really love that it's Pam who makes the move here. She wants to give him a reason to stay. Love that!
Also loved all the little flirty stuff they were up to in the car. Jim wiping off her cheek. Pam tucking her hair back and stealing glances. That was great.
Here's hoping for a good time come Friday night.

I thought you did a good job with the breakup here. It is tough to get across everything Pam might be feeling in this moment, her anger and exasperation but also her nervousness, relief and even the sadness. You hit on it all. Good work.

Yeah kinda figured there would be some lingering awkwardness between Jim and Pam there. The adaptation of the jonx was great fun. Espeically with Jim's performance there. And they go on another non-date. Seriously they're going to need someone to really kick them both in their asses for them to realize they're actually dating, not just work friends hanging out with each other. Nice work.

So the cat is out of the bag to friends a least. Bound to happen sooner or later. What is really interesting is how in sync their thoughts are. They tell their friends about the truth about their job on the same night and of course their solo thoughts. Nice way of showing how their feelings for the other one are progressing. Should be really interesting to see their reactions together the next day at work.

This was a hugely enjoyable take on their mini golf date. I love Pam kicking his ass, and the twist on the classic showing your date how to play golf (‘holding it firmly in both hands’, lol), plus Jim cheating throughout. And the little moments of attraction between them - I really enjoyed Jim’s t-shirt moment both making Pam flustered and making her laugh when he gets stuck: it feels very them. And their adorably awkward conversation about their work and seeing more of each other, with the sweetness of Pam telling Jim he’s the only one that makes her feel ok about it - it’s so cute and Jammy, and so much fun to read. And then the dildo prank!! I love it.

As usual, a really good reworking of canon moments here, and I always love seeing the mini-golf date. The idea that Pam kinda hustled him and that sparked his cheating with the scorecard is hilarious, and the banter here is great.

This one was fun. Feels like in the future they'll look back on mini-golfing as their first un-offical date. Or they'll constantly argue (good naturedly of course) about this or some other date that was their "first" date.
I love that Jim is messing with the scorecard. He's a prankster for sure, and that is the low level kind of thing that is more endearing rather than irritating. Really a lot of fun. Especially when he sees what Pam did to his jello back in the office. She's got a wonderful wit to her that makes their banter come alive. Just a ton of fun with this one.
Also caught the meta reference to "Love Actually" there. Nicely done.
