Way to go Pam for taking that big leap. Just goes to show that if she had someone who could really offer her some perspective (other than Jim) it would lead to some serious reflecting on Pam's part and a big change a lot earlier. of course it's also completely understandable she'd be upset about the breakup. Despite it not being great at the end, she did have significant history with Roy and that's not nothing. And she's going for the design program too. Lots of great movement that's for sure!

More good advice from Karen to Jim. Be there for her. Be her best friend. It's going to take some time for her to calm down. This is one of the best Karen's I've ever read so I'm 100% here for it.

Author's Response: Thanks!! I'm glad you liked this version of Karen, she is really fun to write for.

WHOA. TWIST.

“Maybe you’re right.” “I often am.” Lol again. This is a really fun Karen voice you've cultivated here.

"Michael had apparently called in from New York to say he was going to get a counseling certificate online to help Pam and Roy through this difficult time once he got back." It is a crime that we never got to see Michael's extremely well-meaning and totally counter-productive attempts to help Pam through her break-up with Roy.

This is exactly how Andy and Angela would've responded to a Roy-Pam breakup.

EEEEP. Love these moves for Pam.

Author's Response:

I really enjoy seeing what lines you enjoyed! And they are usually the ones I had the most fun coming up with.

Thanks for taking the time to comment :)
