I do love the Story of the Moment part of the home page for this site. I'd have never read this story if it wasn't for that. So glad I did. This was just beautiful and so believable as to what could have happened in the PLoD.

This was so pretty (okay, and a little sad). I actually held my breath for a second in a few places, so good job on the tension.
My favourite line: All the time alone with her tonight has made him too bold and slightly unhinged and he knows he will wake up tomorrow and cringe when he thinks about it. Because this is so true of Jim he tends to get caught up in being close to her sometimes and forgets his official place in her world.
