Ooh, cliffhanger!  I like where you're going with this.  I'd like to see some more outright interaction between Karen and Jim at this point in addition to the Pam/Jim interaction.  I don't think Jim should get off too easy, you know?  You've done a great job capturing Michael's general cluelessness and do-gooder attitude.  Can't wait to see what comes next.

Author's Response: There should be some Jim/Karen interaction, but I don't know how much. The next chapter is really the scene that stuck itself in my head and made me write this story... So you'll just have to wait and see where it's going;-) But thanks about the Michael characterization! I was worried that I was almost going overboard with him... til I remembered that that's not exactly possible...

Cannot wait to see where this will lead!  And I have been curious about the 'documentary' airing too -- so many possibilities!!!
