and you make mention of expired yogurt, which of course meant nothing, but now brings memories of the second roof date.

Not a slow chapter -- but a necessary one, given the AU you have created.  This is really intriguing and I'm dying to see where this lead Pam & Jim.  She's still recovering from a long-term relationship, one that clipped her wings and trying to figure out who she is now & who she wants to be.  Jim on the other hand is still in reaction mode.  But they both want to be together, so how do they reconcile that?  I'll be checking in to see how they manage!
