Bedframes - Prologue

Our bed has a frame and sometimes, when I'm feeling just slightly poetic and like the Jim that used to try and write sonnets to impress girls in Freshman English, I think about how that bed has framed some of the most important moments of my life.  Some beautiful, some Earth shattering, some dirty...a few of them all of the above.  The common thread is that you're in the foreground of every one.

I don't tell you about the frames in my head, but if I did tell you about the pictures that don't sit atop our fireplace mantle, but inhabit a special shelf in my mind - I'd tell you these things.
