This one was amazing, you are really nailing the character personalities.  packer deserves everything he got, and while I feel bad for Kevin, it made it very funny.  Who's left besides Phyllis/Bob Vance, Stanley, and Oscar?  Not sure I would want to read about any of them, but it might be funny.   Good Job!

Shocking to think that Dwight would think Jim is innocent, I would think dwight would take every opportunity to eliminate Jim from the office. Excellent so far, keep going!

But in response to Dwight's comment on Jim.  Notice I put that he said it "regretfully."  He really hated clearing Jim.  Dwight hates Jim, but he would never put an innocent man behind bars.  Dwight usually speaks from his heart and is an honest man in his own warped way.
