10 I read this at work this morning and it was a great way to start the day! I love the memories that come from making the bed and I love that their first time was in Jim's bed - I don't know why. GREAT shocker at the end - was NOT expecting that!
9 Oh, I so get Pam right here. This was brilliantly done because she's not mad at him per say and yet, how could she not be?! Jim's not blameless in what happened between them either. Just fabulous as per usual! I can't wait to see Jim's side and of course the make up sex ;)
10 This is fast becoming one of my favorite stories of all-time here at MTT - excellent work! Jim is so right too! I totally get where he is coming from and while I don't like what he's doing, it makes a lot of sense. I've been waiting for a "Pam moment" on the show, but for now, I'll just hope for one in your story ;)

Oh, simply fantastic! I read chapter 4 at work, but didn't have a chance to comment until now. I loved both chapters and I can't wait for Jim to finally say what he's feeling and give Pam a chance to have her moment!
First, I want to say that I'm very much looking forward to a birthday epilogue. It sounds like a nice cap to a wonderful story.
I was eager to read this chapter, to have Pam have her moment and be able to soothe Jim's fears and anxieties. And I'm not one to criticize in a review usually, but every chapter has beaten my expectations so far and I thought I'd be honest. This chapter fell a little flat to me with being told about Pam's confessions instead of "hearing" them. After a while, it seemed like a laundry list of every episode instead of conversation or even a soliloquy. I know there was so much to cover, but it just didn't match up with the rest of the very powerful story and confrontation you were building. Plus, I kinda wanted to see the "bonfire of the green panties" (which was a genius turn of phrase by the way!).
Anyway, I'm still a huge fan of your work and I do hope you'll wrap this up with a little birthday celebration :)
Author's Response: Jenn -- you\'re not the only one who thought so (see another review a few down...). I struggled a bit with it because I wanted to confession to be from Jim\'s point of view (instead of Pam\'s), and I didn\'t want it to just be a monologue -- as we saw in Beach Games, I don\'t think Pam would give an eloquent speech, and I wasn\'t sure how to write a dialog between Jim and Pam that would work and read smoothly. Just laziness on my part, I guess. In my hurry to update, I probably rushed it a bit. But thanks for you honest comments -- they really help!

Wow, this was fab! I love the idea of Katy coming over for a booty call and Jim being confused by receptive. Oh, I've so been in Pam's shoes before and it totally sucks when you're not admitting it to yourself. Can't wait to see what happens next!

I decided I love every time someone writes about Jon, and he's become a real character on this site. So I kept thinking about writing JAM's growing relationship during the seasons through telephone conversations with Jon and Jim, and sometimes even his mom and his sister Lisa. Pam might even call once or twice...who knows. :P It's all dialogue BTW, since it's phone conversations. Interesting way to tell a story.

Pam moved to New York instead of starting work at Dunder Mifflin. Years later she returns and she meets Jim, but they're at very different points in their lives.Oh, I liked Jim meeting Little Beesly! Can't wait to see what happens next ;)

I really love that Jim can save the day, but their relationship isn't magically fixed. Good on Pam for slowing them down and really making them start on a level playing field.

I actually really loved this chapter. I'm a little leery of Roy just showing up and sorta stalking all her phones, but I really love Jim being there for Pam without being insecure or jealous really. And I love them presenting a united front to Roy, with Jim holding Franny. Can't wait to see what happens next!
Another great chapter! I love that Roy is intimidated by Jim and Jim and Pam's relationship. I really liked that the Halperts were so welcoming and I'm glad that Jim is actually talking to Pam more about Megan. Can't wait for the next one!
Oh, I really liked this chapter! Pam is making me feel weird though - that she's not doing this because she wants to but because Jim is better than Roy. Can't wait to see the morning after, so that perhaps they can get on the same page :)
