Okay, I'm new and I'm just now reading your story. It's so great! Although, I am now thoroughly creeped out because I have had this crush my best friend (a guy)for about a year now, and I tied a tie around him once and it happened a lot like your story. For instance, he had a buttoned down collar, he shivered when I first put it around him, he grabbed my waist half way through, and finally, I could hardly focus either. I really love your story!
