I loved this.
I just got into The Office over the weekend, and poked around on LJ asking for recs.
This fic came very highly recommended, and I can see why. It's phenomenal. You've got a great writing style, the characters feel very them, and I absolutely love that it ends with a snippet that would fit into an episode perfectly.
Amazing work. :)

I loved this whole story! I'll probably have something more to say after I read all the parts in the series.
Even though I love all of the Jam, I'm going to have to say that my favorite line was totally "Dwight’s a big fan of nature. He especially likes to shoot it." I giggled a lot at that. It felt a lot like something Jim would say to the camera in the show.

I don't have words for this.
I was all ready to say, a few chapters ago, that my favorite chapter was the one where Jim left Dunder-Mifflin because everything he did that day just felt so very him, just like the day he tried to console Dwight, just for a moment, in the stairwell.
But then you went and wrote the end of the story, and everything about it is just so real and painful and perfect in that way that isn't really perfect but just so right.
This might be one of the best pieces of fanfiction I've ever read.
