Not to be rude or anything, but this can't be considered fanfiction since this is taking the concept of one show and applying it to two characters on another show. I can't seem to buy this story because it's so out there and all of the periphery characters seem really dull and fake. I don't really feel this is a story; mostly a look at everyone around Jim and Pam and the summary is incredibly vague. I'm surprised Jim hasn't come to see about Pam yet. The only way I would be able to forgive this portrayal of Jim is if he's dead. Other than that, there's no excuse for his behaviour in this story. I also didn't like the threat of the only way we get to see Jim is if we review but I guess it's working...either you were going to do it or you weren't. Reviews shouldn't have anything to do with that. The flashbacks are really confusing. I would stick with one chapter being in the future and then the next chapter being in the past or vice versa. But if you feel you need a beta, feel free to contact me through the archive and I'll be glad to help you flesh out the story. :)

Author's Response: I actually have the story fleshed out already but thank you for your offer and advice. Reviews don\'t really have anything to do with Jim coming back. It was a joke and I\'m sorry that didn\'t come across for you. My story has been outlined and as far as Jim\'s behavior...you have no idea what\'s happened with him or why he\'s not there if he\'s alive.\r\nAlso, fanfiction is fiction of a show written by a fan. That\'s it. There\'s no rules or regulations to it. I can think of many other really good stories that are based of other shows or movies. War of the Worlds is a good one.\r\nThank you for your interest.
