1 I did like it! This is a lovely version--I like how you both integrated canon elements and your own versions of things we didn't get to see and made it feel seamless.
It started with the priest dying. It should've ended with the priest dying, but it didn't.
Pam is about to marry Roy and things aren't going exactly according to plan...
1 Wow. Glad your cousin exists but that's some freaky stuff. Nice transposition though. Worked well.

1 Karen's kind of oblivious here isn't she. I mean, at least S3 Karen didn't have Jim reacting to Pam normally...

Michael inadvertently attempts to smooth things over between Pam and Jim. Who would want two of their very best friends to be miserable after all?

1 Why do you keep doing s3 fix it fics? Because they're awesome. That is a great setup and I want more. Especially Dwight telling on Pam accidentally while Michael is doing it intentionally.

Also I really wish she'd sent the first one ("I miss your stupid face.") because I think it would have really hit him in the head with how she was actually feeling. But maybe that's just me. I really enjoyed all the parts of this. Please keep going.

1 I'm no stickler for long chapters, so this pacing works for me. Nice to know Jim's POV here too. Crazy law but a nice setup.

1 Different rules in different universes. And dialogue is like a muscle I find: needs exercise but you have to build up to it. This is good.
1 Hey, I just caught up with this. I really like the world building you've done, and this Michael is very sweet, which is a part of his character that I think often gets underdone. Nice work!
I have to say, Jim took it pretty well that she spilled that secret, though of course technically a) Michael guessed and b) he's obviously getting something out of it.
Oh yay! I'm so glad that this worked out. Honestly, I think Karen makes more sense here though: Roy's not the sort to think through the "we should date if our partners are dating" thing, whereas she's more cerebral. Good chapter!

Thanks for the very cute ending! It does make me wonder if her parents wouldn't have known (and the Andersons of course, plus Halperts/Filipellis) but on the other hand, in this universe all 4 of them are happier this way--so hopefully that would quiet any parental/familial concerns. Lovely fic! I know you're planning on one-shotting for a while, but I'd very much welcome more longer fics if you have them in you!

1 I was a little surprised to have the extra dialogue between Jim and Pam as well as the different story for and reaction by Roy, but nothing wrong with a little double AU action. Nice setup. I'd be interested in Katy's POV too if you wanted; after all, Jim>Roy for so many of us...

Interesting turn, to have the boat action just slow down and everyone go home. I'm intrigued to see how people's thoughts churn overnight, or even in the car.
1 That last visit with Jim POV is a fascinating angle given its contrast with Pam's POV. Oh what a tangled web...not that anyone is being deceived necessarily, but boy they are in the thick of it--which is appropriate for this point in S2. Good work.
1 Nice work from Katy at the end there. And yes, I think you're doing a very good job of little moments adding up. Little observations. It's a nice pace.
