Awww this was really awesome, i don't know if that was the inspiration behind this but Jenna Fischer uploaded a The Office themed post on her instagram and she went to Chili's so this reminded me of that. Also, really adorable!

Author's Response: Sorry to say no, Jenna's post was not the inspiration for this. The inspiration for this piece was a poem I wrote about how I deal with some of the tragedy I deal with on a nightly basis as a paramedic. Mr. Rogers' words of, "Look for the helpers," was a balm to my own heart after some rough calls. I figured I could incorporate that into a fic somehow and this is the result. Thanks for the review.
