I love 1) a stubborn and determined Beesly with her best challenge accepted glare and she was gloriously sprinkled throughout this one 2) Jim having the exact right feelings about his girl and her porn 3) them flowing in and out of character and not taking the role playing too seriously, and 4) the way you so perfectly mix their banter and love with all. of. the. smut.

I hate you for your Oxford comma stance, but love you for giving us Professor Jim. I do have one question though - does this mean Jim gets to fuck the receptionist in the stairwell at the office for St. Patrick’s Day?

I love teapots. I kind of collect them in real life, so like I hate myself a little for that creative choice. But, something had to break to put them back together...

I also know I should be deeply concerned that they're all in danger but I'm easily distracted by things like Pam's forest green silk dress, Jim's considerably soaked shirt sleeve, and a set of gold lion cufflinks.

Jenna, you have such a beautiful writing style. I love that you chose to use different perspectives, and I’m obsessed with how you tied in the “pack us up” and “warning sign” lyrics.

It's really nice seeing a bit of the teddy bear side of Roy. I know he's like the poster child for bad boyfriends in your 20's, but there's a reason Pam once chose him. I mean aside from what a hottie he must’ve been at 20 ;)

“I can’t,” he pauses and she swears he almost nudges the corners of his lips up in the makings of a smile. - Come ON!

My favorite line just might be: It settles a little like a poker chip and he knows this time he can’t lose.

I really can't wait to see what else Folklore inspires.

“…her only reaction was to take a swig right from the bottle.” Haven’t we all had an ex trigger this reaction? No? Ok then.

This version of Roy feels so spot on and heartbreakingly realistic. We get this sort of caricature of him on the show, so to see this more complex version of him (and her brief slide back into their relationship) is really just *chef’s kiss*

“She would do anything she could to get the image of another woman scratching his back out of her head. It was a small gesture but so intimate and was the type of thing that she herself had never been brave enough to do.” Ugh. This tiny moment always hurts to watch. But now, thinking not only of her sadness over him moving on, but of her regret over not being more brave… way to clobber us with the feels, lady.

BT. I have no idea how you dreamed up this take on champagne problems, but I’m obsessed with it. This seriously feels like a glimpse into a real life Pam’s Season 3. Not sure what it says about me that I love a messy, fucked-in-the-head Pam as she’s just trying her best to make it through, but here we are.

Honestly, how am I even supposed to review this? Why are you like this? You already know how much I love every detail… the ride or die energy… the disdain for wine tasting in Carbondale. I still can’t even wrap my head around all of the Easter eggs! I'm just bummed there's only one chapter of this world you've so cleverly crafted.
