Author's Response: Yeah, the argument was tricky to write. I didn't want either one of them to come off as terrible, just incompatible with each other. I too love Shaun of the Dead. I would throw the Batman soundtrack at a zombie if it came at me any day of the week. Thanks for the review.

really, if any one didn't get those references, just, wow. though, i have to remind myself, i am a 22 year old man, and those two movies are more or less my bread and butter. through in some Shaun of the Dead, and you've got the Holy Trinity. toss in some Motorhead, you've got the Holy Quad.
but, really, that argument, wow. that was extremely well written. nicely done. respect.

I will allow you to break the Romero-tradition of non-talking zombies, though kudos for not actually using the zed-word. Never use the zed-word. You've got the reactions more or less perfect, and I'm rather hooked. Just beware and respect the zombie guidelines: don't tell us where they came from (28 days later gets a by because it's not technically a zombie film) and don't use the zed-word. With that, you'll be good. Can't wait to read more.
