10 Yay! I love this story and it seems like maybe (fingers-crossed) they're getting closer to being together. I love that you had him give her more letters to feel closer to her, well done.

Well, you would think they're getting closer to being together, but what you don't know is that Marsha's about to come back from San Francisco and claim Jim as her own. She'll kidnap him and take him to Tahiti where she will force him to marry her and then ten years later when they make it back to Scranton. Pam will have been promoted to Jan's job and Karen will be pregnant with Roy's child.
Sorry, every once in awhile I have to indulge my bad!fic urges, just so they don't make it into the actual story. So thanks for letting me do it here in a safe place.

10 Wow, this is a really beautiful story. And I love the way you describe Jim's speech and actions because I can see them perfectly. Also, I'm a huge Jason Mraz fan, and not many people know Dream Life of Rand McNally, it's one of my favorites. Awesome chapter title :)

Post ep The Job. Spoilers for The Job and probably most of season 3.
"So where do you see yourself in 10 years?" Who knew one question could provoke a reaction? Jim sure didn't. Starts with the David/Jim conversation and moves on from there.
So sweet and so Jim and Pam. I especially love the "this is the last first date I will ever have" line. This really seemed to keep them in character.
Jim's first barbeque was a success and so he decides to have another. Someone breaks into the liquor cabinet and things... take interesting turns.
Jim/Pam smut with a pretty hefty (for me) plot, but LOTS OF DRINKING! Which is always fun.

10 Wow, you seriously need a warning that tells people not to read this at work. My boss walked in and I jumped and turned fifty shades of right, 'cause that was seriously steamy. and amazing. and hot. Oh, and the visual, wow again. Perfect.
