A bit saucy.9 These are great! The first one is so sweet and the second is really cute. This line: ‘You made it do that!’- killed me. Hee!

I just love the intimacy between them here. And it's amazing that these two can make discussing the exes into a positive moment that brings them closer, instead of a fight.

8 This was so sweet! I love that Pam is this great a person, making the effort to cheer up the guy who 90% of the time is a total insensitive idiot.
And I love your Michael-isms: "simpatable", And "He said he was so heartbroken he had to leave, and he was really upset about it because Josh is an ass" cracked me up! So good.
This part: "he just wanted me to pick him right then and I couldn't" kind of makes me mad (not at you) because it just emphasizes how much better that scene could have gone with better communication - I mean, I know from Pam's POV it must have seemed like this huge pressure on her to choose right then, but he never said it was a now-or-never thing, and I really think if she'd said "Could you just give me time to absorb and think about this?" Jim would have let her. "Yes, I'm still going to marry him" doesn't give much room for negotiation. Sorry - little rant that was only tangentially related to what you had in your story, which I loved.
And I love the "eyes light up" thing - as the title and where it was used in the story. It's cute. :)
