I'm a college senior, a singer, and one of the many people on this site who looks to The Office to bring a warmth on a cold day. I love this show, these special characters, and the wonderful stories everyone writes about them.Here is my wishful thinking/output to get rid of my depression based on the season finale. It cheered me up writing it, and I hope you find it does the same for you. Enjoy!

It's a little AU, with Jim still working at Dunder-Mifflin, but attacking his job issues and his journey with Pam from a different direction. What if Jim worked in the warehouse with Roy when he starts to find the office receptionist way too attractive for his own good?

Pam married Roy and moved to California after "Casino Night," and Jim gave up. But then he started getting the letters...9 and now she can go running to the airport, right?!?!?! Did I guess it?? :P kidding - this is really good. It's one of those weird things where we always want them to be together no matter what, but on another level there's "well, babe, you married him, so deal".... COMPLICATED.

10 oh come on!!!!! you'd better be posting another chapter PRONTO :) I'm really loving this - I know it might not be entirely in-character for the show, but I was proud of Karen for just bowing out rather than pushing the issue. Props for that. Also, I completely agree with you about Dwight's JAM sentiments. I think that's something that's been slightly shoved under the rug regarding S4 - how much the Jim/Dwight relationship morphs into something much deeper and more meaningful. Ok I'm done philosophizing! Update!
