This was so good :) Seriously, every story was spot on! I love that Dwight kept the broom handle because Jim looked pale, and Jim got his desk back (crossing fingers for that one!) and the Jim/Pam interaction was definitely something I could see on the show, Pam being just brave enough, but not saying so much that it seems out of character. I love your stories :)

Jim: You're impossible. You know this, right? Pam: What kind of dressing should I bring? This? Was precious (and now I can get my font to change). The splinter story was so adorable, especially that he talked her through it, and the dog-bag?? I love the little details like this that you put in your fics. Chest hair?? *dies* Forearms?? I love you. Dish towel on the shoulder? I think Pam and I have the same brain in this. You are the best, as always.
I'm glad you liked that - in re-reading this (minus the wine-induced giddiness in which I wrote it, hee), I worried that that was too abrupt a shift from the tension in the elevator. But I wanted to a) get them back to a semblence of their old banter/dynamic (b/c I felt like to have her show up at his door after that prolonged elevator tension...well, they'd have just jumped each other immediately, I think). and b) I wanted to also illustrate that there was a kind of release - comfort - in finally taking that step toward one another. So I'm glad it translated for you. :o)
Oh yeah, I get totally carried away writing about the chest hair and forearms sometimes...

Yup, it’s a post-Cocktails fic! With a bit of a twist. Karen does a bad thing, and Jim is about to suffer the consequences…LOVING this!! Seriously, the interactions between Jim and Karen were so great, and I loved the mosquito metaphor. Also "monogrammed relationship"?? Hahahah.
I cant wait for the next chapter--finally someone tackling the Jim/Roy confrontation!!
Yay! Thanks! I thought for a while about what metaphor I wanted to use (because I can't seem to write a fic without one) so I'm glad the mosquito stuff worked. And the idea to have Michael trip over monogamous was all WildBerryJam's. I was sitting in my room like a weirdo sounding it out and thinking, "What could Michael confuse monogamous with?..."
And I'm really nervous about writing the Jim/Roy confrontation, but no worries. It will happen. It will be a little scary. I just wrote my first draft of it (when I should have been taking notes in my Public Policy class).
Everything about this is just... GREAT. I can't even put into words how much I'm enjoying this, so I'll have to leave it at the fact that I am beyond excited for more!
