It's the teapot letter in reverse - very clever.
I can appreciate that Jim's pig Latin prank gave her just enough hope to continue the prank.
Even though we don't get a transcript of the letter I think what she wrote was so poignant and heartfelt.
I always love to hear the lines or scenes that resonate for readers so when I can I like to point them out in my reviews-
He was evolving and she wasn't part of the evolution. That was a great line. As was the took breaking up to get a decent present.
I love to bake, especially holiday cookie but I've never used a press and now I think I might need to try one. Looks like fun.

This is all so good! No matter who is speaking the dialogue, it’s perfect. You write every character so well. And I don’t even care that it’s a Christmas story and I’m not reading it at Christmas time, so keep those updates coming when you can! (After you open your island so I can come sell pears, ofc)

I almost missed this one in most recent! Very nice to get an update for this, I had marked it read and forgotten about it.
I loved the cookies, it was very cute. One can't hope bit think that somehow Jim got a chance to read that letter, but I guess we just have to wait and see.

Nice bit of fluff here. Some awkwardness yes, but it's nice to envision them having a good time like this. Spritz cookies are amazing. Every Christmas my family has a holiday baking day and those are what my Mom usually makes.
Here's hoping a little liquid courage will help Pam or Jim find that card of hers. Wonderful to see an update.
