Tip toeing around all that was said at the beach, but true concern and interest for eachother. Nice stuff. Cannot wait for the next chapter!

but once I did it, I kind of wondered what I was so scared of, you know? And there you have the secret of the coal walk, and the metamorphosis of Pam Beesly. Nice job.

Oh, perfect note for both of them! Pam's all fancy and new and Jim's all epiphery. Love it and can't wait for The Job!
Author's Response: Thank you very much. I really like what I wrote for the job, and I hope everyone else does too :-)

This one brought a tear to my eye. Yay for Jim's realization! I actually had to read that bit twice, the first time through I was like, heyyyy...good job on that.
I've really loved this series, and am a little sad it's ending soon!
Author's Response: Yeah, it's been really fun, but it will be archived here on MTT and always ready to be read again ;-)

That's right Jim, what are you so scared of! Ditch that rebound named Karen and come back where you belong! I literally can't wait to see what you have in mind for The Job. Can't believe this is coming to an end!
Oh, and my vote for Season Four...I really liked how you were able to use the seasons as a whole to craft the different IMs, so I'd worry that the subtle allusions and stuff might get lost if you write it in real time, so to speak. But who am I kidding, I'd read it either way. Thanks for posting again so soon. Now I can go to sleep :-)
Author's Response: No, I completely agree with you, which is why I'm reluctant to say I'll do anything during the season, so I should probably just go ahead and say look for EiE season 4 in Summer '08, it's better to keep the fans wanting more than to give them too much ;-)
