I think this goes beyond "not a dreamlike relationship" or "realistic" to out of character--though, sadly, the later-season writers seem to have been on your side. What makes Pam and Jim a good couple is precisely communication and partnership, which I don't think they've done almost any of since you first introduced the baby arcs. I can't see Pam not telling Jim about the first baby, and I definitely can't see them not learning from that experience.

Awww, I'm glad they have one less secret; however, I was thinking Pam was going to buy out the vending machines supply of Baby Ruth's and scratch out Ruth in favor of Halpert (dont as me why)....I'm down for whatever you want to do with the story, I'd love to read more pregnancy moments, but I completely understand the desire to just wrap up a story you've been working on for awhile (I have my own baby-cenric fanfic that I've been working on for something like 2 years and still haven't finished....)...so yeah, I'll read however many you put out and no doubt love every word!

Please more pregnancy stuff! Do a chapter on the baby shower-and if you wanted, May 19th would be an acceptable date for the baby to be born, it's only about 1/2 a month off and Pam already mentioned that she delayed herself taking the pregnancy test. So what I'm trying to say is that the baby could be born during the party-imagine the people of Dunder Mifflin in the hospital? *gasp*.
Author's Response: You think Pam should go into labor at work, huh? Did you run off with the notebook I lost that had that EXACT part of this story??? Glad I'm not crazy in thinking that would be interesting.

ok heres the thing,i like this story and have been reading it the whole way along, but its one thing to have a non dream-like relationship and its another to have this super-dramatic roller coaster one you have them on, which can be fun to read, but makes me hope your not shooting for realism

Whew, back to this story after a long break (ick, finals and broken computers). But at least now I have a few chapters to read at once...
oh my god. a sex ed class. Michael asking Jim and Pam... yowza! So inappropriate. I am surprised he lasted with the close to approriate comments as long as he did.
So, the fact that Jim was with seven reminded me of some funny icons I read yesterday, sayin Jim wasn't perfect. Ah, so great.

Hi Catherine! Thought I'd drop a review here this time. It's a solid chapter, and the idea of cold weather and snow is definitely welcome at this time of year. (Mose. Hates. Summer.)
But I feel as though I must take a stand here and defend "A Christmas Story." I'm sorry, but that is the best Christmas-themed movie ever made. Period. I don't care that they show it a kajillion times during the holiday season, I will watch it every single time and never get tired of it. And even though it hurts that you lumped me in with Roy of all people (gasp shock horror), I know I'm not alone in this :)
Great job with this story. You should be proud.

Awww. I love what Pam wrote on the form - so sweet. Other favorite parts are Toby "back-dating" forms and how they aren't more than a few feet apart between 6 PM and 15 minutes before work. So sweet!
