Aww!!! This is too cute! I really love this story. And I love Michael as their teacher!!! And Katy and Dwighde and Meredith! Okay, I'll stop. Just wanted you to know I'm really enjoying it!
Author's Response: Ha, don't stop (TWSS?), I love reviews. I'm so glad you're enjoying it!

Love the Pam and Jim interaction you've got going here. Very nice way to introduce the "joking around" aspect of their relationship while not abandoning the Anne/Gil fight so early.
Candy beans? I think I love you .
Author's Response: Thanks! I would give you many candy beans if I had them :-)

You're so good at this. Dwighde smells like beets. Katy as Josie. Everything is falling into place so nicely. Really great job. More please!!!!
Author's Response: Thanks, Krissy!

...for who could have envisioned breaking a slate over the head of a most interesting, infuriating boy, and taking the advice of a beet farmer?
Hee, nice! Good use of Katy, too!
Author's Response: Thanks!!! I'm glad you like it!

Ooooh, Katy. I never did like her. Hee. The greatness continues!
Author's Response: Thanks! I know canon Katy was always nice to Pam, but it's more fun to have her be mean!

Fantastc. This just keeps getting better and better, and you do a great job of imitating the style while making it your own.
Author's Response: Thank you, kath!!!!

Another great chapter! I'm having a bad day, but this story of course cheered me up a bit:) Mop top! No wonder Pam was furious:) Angela was spot on (I hoped she would be Jane!) and Dwighde never ceases to crack me up.
The only tiny complaint I have (really tiny, because I adore this story) is that you could have had Pam hate 'Pammy' instead of 'Pamela'. But it was your pick, of course:)
Author's Response: Oh, I'm sorrya bout your bad day, but I'm glad I could cheer you up.
I will have to ponder the Pammy thing....I hadn't put that into the first chapter, so I didn't want to start doing that in this chapter. Hmm, maybe will have to go back and do a couple quick edits!

Wow! Pam and Jim have always reminded me of Anne and Gilbert! I never thought of writing them into the story though! This is really a fun read and creative. can't wait for a walk down lovers lane and Jim trying to hold her hand and tell her how he feels. So sweet. You really have a lot of possibilities here. great job :)
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you're enjoying it...there's more to come!

There are so many things I love about this- Katie Pye and her smooth curls making purses in class, Mr. Scott and the Widow Gould, Dwighde Schrude, wink-y Jim Blythe- soo clever and funny.
Is it wrong that I laughed out loud when Kelly mentioned her sister dying in such and off-hand, unconcerned way? Hehe.
Author's Response: I'm so glad you love it! I do love Kelly. I'm getting ready to writ more, so yay! Thanks for the review!!

Dwiiiighde Schruuuude. Hee!
I'm loving the idea of sweet, pink-cheeked Pam and floppy-haired, lanky Jim. Very nice!
Author's Response: Thanks! And thanks to you for your constructive compliments on the last chapter- that was one of the reasons I scrapped my original third chapter, so THANK YOU! I like this one much better!

I haven't read the AoGG stories in so long, and reading this makes me want to dive back in. This is a great chapter, sets everything up very nicely. I love Kelly as the best friend! Even though I know how the story goes, I can't wait to read more!
Author's Response: I think kelly would be a very fun best friend to have! Thanks for the compliments!

I just can't get over how well this fits the "Anne" framework but you make the Office characters totally recognizable. Great work!
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm making a concerted effort to meld the two without going too far either way. i'm so happy that you like it!

OMG. Dwighde. You are brilliant!!!
Perfect reenactment of the day Pam Shirley and Jim Blythe first met. You're doing a fantastic job. I absolutely love it!!!
Author's Response: Aw, thanks! This was my favorite chapter to write so far, and I'm so excited that peopel like it! And I couldn't NOT use Dwighde, it's too awesome.

I am glad you kept the characters' personalities but molded them to Anne of Green Gables' characters. Katy Pye! Hee. Very cool.
Author's Response: Thanks! I tired extra hard with this chapter to stay true to Office personalities..i wasn't as satisfied with chapter 2, and I definitely completely overhauled chapter 3, so yeah, I'm happier now.
Thanks for the review and the shiny blue ribbon, I'm so flattered!

Seriously, I am loving this story. It gives me a warm feeling inside;)
So Katy is Josie! Interesting. And I think it's hilarious that Dwight is, like, his own character, because no one is quite as Dwightish as Dwight himself:) Although I thought he would be Charlie Sloane, mostly because of Mrs Lynde always saying that Sloanes will always be Sloanes... And Schrutes will always be Schrutes, you know:)
I wonder what's coming next:) Carrots, I suppose?:) But what will Jim call Pam?:) Hmm:)
Author's Response: Picture me tapping my nose and nodding in regard to the next chapter...
And I did consider Dwight for Charlie, but I do love Charlie's long, unrequited love for Anne, and that just fits Toby so well.
Thanks for reviewing again!

Kevin Spurgeon MacPherson made me laugh :-) It's been a while since I read the books, and you're bringing back lots of good memories!
Author's Response: Thanks!!

I am enjoying this so much! Can't wait to read more.
Author's Response: Thanks!!! I'm writing as fast as stolen time from work permits!

Lovely! Hm, so Kelly is Diana:) The thought of Pam being a poor little orphan kind of makes me want to cry... I can't wait for another chapter:)
Author's Response:
Kelly is kind of Diana by necessity, but she is very Diana like, I think! I'm so glad you're liking this!

This is just perfection! Perfect melding of the two. Loving it so far!
Author's Response: Thanks so much!!!

Yay! Cool new chapter! Just don't be afraid to stray a bit, okay? I liked how you worked Pam's drawing into the story, for example.
Author's Response: Oh, I'm not afraid to stray..the first few chapters are exposition, but it'll get going. I'm so excited that you like it!

Yay for more of this! And Kelly Barry??? Genius! I snorted aloud when I read it.
Author's Response: Ha, thanks, Azlin! I'm glad you like it! :-)

I was wondering who would be Diana. The idea of little Kelly and Pam is so cute :)
Author's Response: I think so too! Thanks for the review!

Wow, I really love this so far. I never really realized how similar this is to Pam's life. I mean, Anne even has a Roy(al). Bravo, and thank you, because now I just have to go back and reread the books! I haven't read them in years!
Author's Response: Yay, I'm glad you're rereading them- I am too, and they're so good.
Thanks for the review!

Omigosh, I am as crazy-obsessed with Anne of Green Gables as I am with the Office! This is a delightful start, and I am Kelly-excited to see more of it!
Author's Response: Yay! I'm so glad you like it!

Yay! I loved the Anne books as a kid so this is exciting to read. This is such a fun idea for a story. :) I love that you've preserved the tone and the way the books are written.
Author's Response: Thanks for the compliment, I was striving to keep the tone. Thanks for the review!
