aw, this is sweet. i don't understand why in so many fics, people decide to make roy a complete asshole. they were in love at one point. she wouldn't have stayed with him for so long if they hadn't.

We had things like those Life Skills. I wasn't sure what we had, but we had like 9, one for every month of school. Stuff like honesty, courage, friendhship, etc.
Darn, I never learned how to throw a spiral. I didn't do horrible when I joke did it once. Well, I don't think it spiraled. I think it just went through the air like a baseball. And not so hot either. or maybe I kicked it... wow, my memory is going already, and I am only in my 20s.
I like how Roy isn't a complete ass in here. Its really different than most fics with them in HS. Normally he is (was) still an ass. It makes it more realistic that she did stay with him all those years.
