I absolutely love the new stuff, especially the part about Phyllis's emails.
Author's Response: Thank you. I flat out just love Phyllis. And I love thinking of her as trying to push the two of them together.

But I don't want Jim to have a girlfriend!!! Oh, I mean, nice chapter. I can't wait to read the next one.
Author's Response: Really? Even if her name is Pam? Hmmm. Cause I might have to rework a few things in that case. ;)

This chapter was gut-wrenching, but I know there has to be happiers seasons ahead, right? RIGHT?? The writing was superb, as usual, and I love the style of the story. Bravo!
Author's Response: Happier seasons? Maybe...we'll see. ;)

Well, you know you're my fanfic hero anyway, but you're outdoing yourself here. You paint them so well, I can see their faces and gestures as they talk and think and try to exist apart. Gorgeous.
Author's Response: Awww *blushes* thank you.

"And as she does she knows, for the first time with all certainty, that no matter what happens she’ll never wear it again."
Oh, hell yeah! I love this fic, and this installment was great. Looking forward to future chapters.
Author's Response: I think someone might give her another ring someday...
just saying....;)

Loved this - "The only problem is, she doesn’t have the faintest clue how to have him."
Really great, and I can't wait for the rest!
Author's Response: I'm typing as fast as I can. :)
Thank you!

Thanks for such a speedy and wonderful new installment - I love instant gratification (maybe why all my stories take place AFTER Pam has come to her senses!)
Especially liked Jim's part - so poignant, funny in the right places - really sounds like I imagine his inner voice would. Please keep going!
(Re: your response to my previous review - so great to hear that from someone whose stories I've admired so much. Inspires me to maybe give a third one a go. I may have to stop working all together at this rate!)
Author's Response: OK twist my arm - I'll keep going.
(PS: If you don't write a third (or fourth or fifth one) I'm going to stalk you until you do. Wow. Did not mean that to be creepy. But I'd really like you to write more. LOL!)
PPS: Work is underrated. ;)

"Because she knows now that, ironically, he’s part of what made her able to stay with Roy so long." - Wow, what a profound thought that I don't think I've seen voiced anywhere else.
Author's Response: I just keep thinking that there have GOT to be a million reasons...and one of them is probably that she has Jim around. She gets from him what Roy doesn't want to be bothered giving her.
IMHO, she should just skip the middle man (Roy) and go straight to the good stuff. (you know who!) :)

Oh my god, xoxoxo - that is just beautiful. the last line is absolutely heartbreaking and so eloquent. Love it - and I also did a full-on Michael Scott snicker when I read that Roy booked it for 2007 instead of 2006. Another great one from you!
Author's Response: Thank you! It's crazy how lines like that just hit you - but that's what these two inspire. Hee hee! I needed to call it off - somehow. Glad you're enjoying it so far!

So, just read what sico kitty wrote again and this time imagine me saying it... that's my comment. ;) You own Post-Casino night!
Author's Response: Well - I don't know about owning it. I'd like to share. ;)
Thanks so much.

Great start. Can't wait to read more. I like the the reason the wedding was postponed. Great excuse!!
Author's Response: Thank you. I needed it to not be about Jim and that's what came about.
Glad you like it!

Can't wait to see what happens next, and Roy booking for the wrong year is perfect: in character and a great way to postpone the wedding.
Author's Response: Hee! It happens more often than you think and I do agree - something he'd totally do. I'm glad you're enjoying it.

aww, i love this! i don't care if you never stop writing post-casino night, you can write it for the rest of your life, it never gets old, you manage to write it differently, and perfectly everytime.
Author's Response: I certainly attempt to. I'd love to branch out a bit - but if this is what happens so be it. :)

Love this story - can't wait to see what's next. And what a nice twist with Roy booking the wedding in 2007. (And I can't believe any idea you have for a fic would be crap!!)
Author's Response: Thank Pixel - she sparked the idea for the 2007 thing. Glad you're liking it so far!

Clever way to pull-off a non-wedding...definitely leaves me wanting more (nothng makes me greedier than a good story.)
Author's Response: I'll try and feed your greed as fast as I can. I need to say again I LOVE your stuff. Like - so much I want to marry it. LOL! Thanks for reading.
