I'm pondering...... and yes I do like this chapter.  The cop, sand castles, and low disguised voices are just tooo awesome to not  like this chapter BeckySue!  You rock and now I've filled my reviewing duties for the day, *bows* thank you and good night (well... morning. whatever)  Lovely, lovely job!! :)

Author's Response: Thanks for pondering it. hehehe. Thanks again for working on this with me. You've done a fantastic job in keeping me focused on this story. Having a great beta really helps me stay on top (TWSS) on the plotline. Ha. Thanks.

Having spent the past two weeks daily in a giant sandbox (called a beach vollyball court which I do not believe in the 6 summers I have been going there has EVER been used for volleyball)... sand gets EVERYWHERE. I shake out myself before I leave, and I get home, and I am still discovering sand in my pockets, bra, shoes (they are flip flops!)... its insane.
Of course, I am at this sandbox with a 22 month old, not a gorgous man like Jim!
And walking doesn't help.... because I leave that sandbox and walk nearly a mile, and then play, and go home and its like 10 hours later, still discovering sand.
Haha! If you had had Jim and Pam get chased by a crazed murderer.... um, I would hunt you down and go crazed murderer on you!!!

Author's Response: I have to say that you are very quick in the reading and reviewing department. I love your reviews! And, I'ma volleyball fiend and have experienced my fair share of the sand where the sun don't shine. Ha. Thanks again. Keep up the quick response time. I'll be timing you next time. Hehehe.

So I just spent a long night babysitting. and playing with snakes. And now my mom is being annoying. And so it just isn't fun....

Aww, for loves sake... although I almost typed snake. All for loves snake. Wow, that sounds like a really odd code name for well, Jim's thing. And that would be a really odd story, that I wouldn't read, and um... this review is strange, so let me just move on...

Go Pam! I am so glad she said that at Beach Games, because wow, what a happy ending to the series. Dammit... for some reason I have tears in my eyes. This is so pathetic of me!!! But true!

"“But given last weeks events and Karen’s question about moving to New York with her made me realize that I can’t….ever leave again." That seems so Jim... Its just... yes, it is a very Jim line.

He saw himself with Pam!!! I mean, it had to be something like that. But, wow, that is great. Pam and Jim can be happy and married and have kids and have a great job and just be awesome together.

It was a good break up.

And then the end... I don't even know what to say, so it is just a :D!!!

Author's Response:

Haha..you're reviews are hilarious...ha. You crack me up? So...random. Wow.

Thanks for reading! I love it when you pick out specific parts of the story and let me know what you thought...It makes my heart happy! Yeah! So, thanks for reading! Talk to you soon.

Me too!  I heart it.  And just so you know I happen to like Risk.  That'd be one interesting night playing that with Mose and Dwight? Can you imagine?!!? You're insane!

Anyhoo, I'm still interested to see what other tickets Jimmy boy has received ;) hee!  My beta for the next chapter is on it's way soon!  I had to perform my civil reader duties first and now, I am off!  :) Great job BeckySue!

Author's Response:

Nicole, thanks for everything! I appreciate it! Seriously...this story is much better and more exciting to write because of you! Gah, you're great. Thanks!

Risk...I've tried to play before but didn't last but 20 minutes...it was boring to me. So, I can totally see Mose and Dwight playing this for hours on end at night in their farm house. Sad, huh? Wow....

Thanks again for reading Nicole...now, get to beta'ing my next chapter you hooligan!

Oh no! A cop!  Anyway, I love this line:  “Almost….to the place that I’m taking you.”

Author's Response: Yeah, a cop. It gets interesting. Thanks for reading and reviewing again. It much appreciated.

Your pride in this story is justifiable!  I've only read the first chapter so far, but I HAD to comment on the genius and dead-on Jim/Dwight conversation.  Hahahahaha!  So perfect :)  Off to read more!

Author's Response: Thanks for commenting! I appreciate it. And, yes...this is one story that I'm proud of. Thanks again for reading and giving it a chance. :)

Heh!  Too great BeckySue!  You have no idea how exciting it is to see the little changes you made due to my suggestions!  It makes me happy inside.

You already know how much I heart this story and don't second guess yourself.  You rock hardcore.  :)

PS: Based on ch3, I am very excited to see where you're going.  Hee!  Hope to see more soon!

Author's Response: You're loving that insider sneak peek aren't you? I have to admit...I like that your making this story much better than it would be if I had done it on my own. Thanks a million. So, now that you've done your civil duty of reading and reviewing...go beta chapter three! Ha...thanks again Nicole.

So cute - the banter about boots and high heels. So wonderfully Jim (wah! I want a Jim... seriously. first thing I am going to do when i graduate is learn how to clone a fictional character. like immediately)

I love the flashback to Chilis... is it wrong that I totally want to get drunk to have an excuse to do some things. But, um, I don't drink, and the fact that wow what would I do/say if I get drunk scares the living day lights outta me, so, the combination of those two things makes getting drunk and kissing a guy completely unlikely.

I love sunsets. They are just gorgous and romantic. And then you add the Jim factor...

Is it wrong that this (well, yes, this story, but in the general sense happy Jim/Pam) has prettu much kept a smile plastered on my face.

But I otta go get ice cream so ttyl

Author's Response:

I wish I could totally get drunk...but that would go against everything that I've ever said about drinking and have moral convictions about...so, I've thought about it..but no, I will not. Ha...

Thanks for reviewing. Like I said before, when you comment, I can move on...chapter three will be here soon! Thanks again Jess. I'll get back around to Scarlet Letter soon. The part where you come in...Jessica's wedding. Get ready!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for the postitve comment! You're the first to comment on the second chapter so congrats..you win...a tiny Dundie. Ha. Welp, thank you for your readership...I appreciate it. There's more on the way.

SQUEE!!!!! I get to read this. And this is the first Post Job fic I have read, so there!!!!! I really am so excited to read this, I don't know why I am typing all of this before I start reading.

I think all of our minds lost it at that point. Just a great big pile of happy mush was all that was left. Seriously, even reading about it again, I have a giant super smile on my face. Its like I slept with a hanger in my mouth (sorry thats a line from Friends)

Ah, such a perfect Jim prank. So amazing. Gah (by the way, have I blamed you yet... I never said that, but then i met you and now I say it all the time!)

That was... perfection (sorry another friends quote, but so applicable)

Author's Response:

Gah Jess....hehehe.

Thanks for reading! I was so hoping that you'd get around to this story! YEAH! Thanks for reviewing. There is more to this story on the way...and I have an amazing beta who's as excited as I am. So, Im super pumped about this one. Now that you've reviewed, I can move on....and continue my writing. You're great! Thanks again.

Eeee! So good, it made me blush. You really have their banter down! And yay, Phyllis. You know she just wants those crazy kids to work it out. Can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review and reading this fic! I appreciate all the positive support. And, the comment about 'getting their banter down' makes me feel special. Thanks for the compliment! Keep looking for more updates to this story!

perfect.  there are no better words.

I giggled quite loudly at the "meet me at the coat rack" banter, so adorably sweet.

Author's Response:

Thank you for your kind words! Is it a good sign if the readers laugh? I think it is. So, I take that as a compliment. There will be more to this story shortly...so keep looking for updates. THanks again!

So Jim and Pam...you caught the feel of their banter beautifully!  And the ending...just the simple question, "Ready?"...perfect and so true to who we know Jim and Pam to be.

Author's Response: Thank you for your kind comment! I appreciate the compliment! Oh, and thank you so much for reading and reviewing. I appreciate it all! Thanks. There will be more soon.

This actually feels like it could be the 'next' scene after the conference room. Great idea to bring Dwight in at that point - that convo is classic Jim/Dwight and somehow emphasizes that Jim really is back; loved Pam and Jim's shy giddiness as they talked at her reception fortress (great description;) and when he introduces himself at the end, it hits the perfect note - very Jim and a nice call back to The Merger - only this time, we/they know things will work out. Well done.

Author's Response: Thanks so much for reading and reviewing. I'm so happy to see people actually enjoy this story. I guess I had a thought in my mind on what might happen after the camera's went off and this is what popped out. Sadly, it's exactly what I would do if the love of my life asked me out. I'd be completely shy and giddy. Anywho, thanks for reviewing and letting me know what you thought. Keep looking of updates!

I love it! Oh, please write an infinite number more chapters. I was so sad when I realised this chapter didn't include the date I'm so desperate to read about.

One of the things I thought about most after viewing the finale was how Pam and Jim would interact when Pam walks out of the conference room. You've done a great job of capturing their coy-ness (is that a word? Anyway...) and sudden humility around each other. Fantastic. Please write more!!

Author's Response: Thanks for reading and reviewing. I really appreciate all the nice comments! You're too kind! I'm really hoping to get more this story out soon so keep looking for updates! Thanks again.

Oh, it's perfect.  I could even see it as a oneshot, but considering how well it's written, I'm really glad to hear there'll be more.  I love Jim picking Pam up at the coat rack!  They're very in character, and this is exactly what I hope the writers will be able to do on the show: keep them funny and natural and just...themselves, only together.

Excellent, excellent job.  I'm gonna rec the heck outta this fic.  :)

Author's Response:

You're too kind. Thanks for the review and the great support. I really hope this grabs from attention from the MTT readers and some people over at TWoP! Recommend all you want! Shoo, I don't mind!

I really want to see Jim and Pam not overdone next season. I want it to be light and fun and still interesting. Let's hope the writers find some comedic ways to keep these two irresistable!

Thanks again for the support! You're review and readership is much appreciated.

Yay for readiness!  Love it!  I'm so glad you made the few changes and I can't wait to get more!  SO I just realized that someone else (see below) has my TWoP screename! that's going to get confusing!  :)  I was confused for a second because I thought I'd already commented and then I was like wait.... that's not me.  Heh oops! Anyways back on topic: I'll be sending you an e-mail with a response to your ideas soon :)   Great job!!!!!!!!!

Author's Response:

Ha. I thought someone else had your name too. Thanks so much for your help on this story. I guess it's getting a good response. YEAH! Thanks a bunch Nicole!

Please continue this story.  It was so in character and I loved Jim's prank on Dwight.  Not to mention the JAM!

Author's Response: I love DWIM interaction too. I'm so glad that I added that little bit in there....it just seemed appropriate for the moment. If you ever write a story and you want to cut some tension....just add a little Dwight/Jim to the mix, it gets the audience going! Ha. Thanks for reading!

Coat rack at 5pm -- that is awesome!  And "a grin that could cover the expanse of the universe" yeah, that sounds about right!

Thanks so much for your comment and reading this fic! It's so great to see when someone comments specifically on a particular part of the story. It makes it seem so much better as the author. THanks! I hope you enjoyed it and keep looking for updates to this story!

oh, I loved the "ready?" at the end...that he used to walk her out to her car; that needs to come back :)

Author's Response: Yeah, the 'ready?' has always gotten me. So, I decided to add it in this story because heck, for over the past year...Jim hasn't asked Pam if she was ready. Since they've both taken new steps for eachother, I think it was time to intiate the 'ready?' again. Ahhh..such a wonderful sentiment. THanks for reading and reviewing!
