Oh this is very good. Very well written. I love the set up. It made me chuckle that Pam had a secretary. Keep going!

Okay, I am just beyond excited to see that you've finally released this little gem into the world (wide web)! Seriously - love the concept for this; the overall arc is just brilliant.
And this first chapter - guh. From the first line - literally - your gift with the tiny descriptive details is in full force (verissimilitude, I tell you!).
And this: But every time she went on a date, every time her sister or her coworkers tried to introduce her to someone new, she couldn’t help comparing. They weren’t as funny as Jim. Their hair was too short, too light. Their eyes weren’t green enough. They were never tall enough.
...Totally heartbreaking, because that's exactly the way it would go for her.
Love this -- can't wait to see the next chapter find its way out to the light of day!
