"The woman who was once their boss doing unspeakable acts in her bedroom with her husband...who was still their boss." I never saw the picture switch coming...too funny! After this I bet Jan invests in her own photo printer!

Too, too funny! Oh, to be a fly on the wall when Jim and Pam open those photos.... :-)

I think this has been my favorite chapter so far. Work it, Jan!

That was just hilarious. I was laughing out loud at the end. If I wasn't enjoying the chapter so much, I might have caught on before the end. Great job.

Haha. So perfectly Jan. And I just love the Jan/Jim relationship; you've written it perfectly here. And made Michael and Jan happy in their strange way. Well done!

Freaky Jan. OMFG. This sounds totally like her.

Heh. I have a feeling that Jim and Pam will stop at the first "compromising position". Actually I hope he sees them and recognizes the mistake before she looks at them, lest not both parents be scarred for life.

Hee! You used the word 'inseminate'!! This series is really great. I adore married Pam & Jim, working through married people stuff.

Aww. What a nice ending. Jim saying it could take many many tries reminds me of a bit from The Alliance: "But listen, I'm going to have to talk to her a lot. All right? And there may be chatting, and giggling."
Up until the end, I thought maybe Pam was already pregnant, and that's why she was: a) moody, and b) so upset about his reaction!
I laughed out loud when she said he didn't want to have another baby with her! Pam, you couldn't be more wrong!
I'm glad there will be some more!

This was so great: Pam turned and planted on the phoniest and biggest smile she could muster. "Karen! Hey! How are you?"
I love how women can do that. We'll be absolutely pissed, but if we run into someone or the phone rings it's instant big fake smile. Amazing.
I love this series!

"Tension level down, heart rate back to normal, collision and impending catfight avoided." Great line! I loved that Jim helped keep the conversation where Pam felt comfortable. How awkward to run into her when they were fighting!

this story is just so cute :)

I love this story sooo much. Each chapter is incredible. I hope they run into many, many more people.

Yayy! You updated. I'm a really big fan of this fic. I love it, so well written and you've done a really good job of capturing all the character. This was such a good fight, very well written and so believable. I can't wait to read more!

Oh, this was great. I love Karen in this, slightly surprised at how far they've come so soon, but not bitter at all, and moving on healthily in her own life - awesome.

That was really nice. I love your characterization of Karen. Good job!

These are all really great so far - you've done a great job of showing how these little supposedly insignificant meetings can turn into something more meaningful - with Katy and Roy just getting a look at their past and the relationships/lives that got away from them, and Ryan and Meredith actually learning from these moments and maybe making something better of themselves in the future. Great stuff!

I just love that this story shows what an awesome dad Jim is -and what a wonderful marriage they have, and what great advice that Jim gives.

Way to mix it up with Ryan's POV. Keeps us on our toes :) I love how you portray Jim in this story and in your others. Very good!

I had to come re-review to say: don't even think that your "Office Space" reference got by me, because it didn't. Hey, how much 'flair' are you wearing today?

I just read your response to my review, and I wanted to let you know that I am totally okay with the similar wavelengths.
I think that's why I'm enjoying your story so much.
Super Wal-Mart is a great breeding ground for stories, but I absolutely hate going there. :)
Besides I would say that our stories aren't all that similar, just the setting and the running into people. Mine are just meant to be silly, absurd even, but I feel like yours strike a more serious, heartfelt chord.
I love this and can't wait to read the fifth installment.
And your story has made me want to finish mine. :)

Nice! I really like the T-shirt and the conversation with Pam!
It's nice you had him meet up with Meredith; I feel like she had "screen time"!

Good chapter!
I was confused very briefly; I wasn't expecting a Ryan POV! But it was great to see Ryan's thoughts, particularly about Kelly.
Jim in his PJs was a fun image; I've been in Jim's "must buy kiddie medicine" state - no fun. I liked Pam's call to Jim also and Jim saying of course he knew where to find it!
I like that Kelly's going to get flowers, but I also thought Ryan's "she'll just have to wait" thoughts were pretty amusing.
Fun story.

Oh, Meredith. It's probably good she passed out right away or she might've molested Jim. ;)
