I really, really, really want to read the next chapter of this! Because it feels so natural -- of course Jim gets high, and of course the prospect of doing that makes Pam all breathy and giggly and excited. And this is a lovely execution with great characterization.

YAY for marijuana!!! Great song, by the way. Pam should be one of those people who gets kinda turned on when they smoke. Or she should freak out the first time she smokes. Get really paranoid or something. My one sister thought that everyone was trying to steal her clothes.

Can see Jim getting high on occasion (and definitely during college) and Pam being the inexperienced 'good girl', but curious. Especially in a situation where she'd feel protected, like she does with Jim. Also - great potential for both the truth serum effect and crossing lines they wouldn't while straight. Really liking this premise - the rare original spin on an older episode. Looking forward to seeing where you go with it.

Yeah, Jim's defintely a stoner. I wish that would become fanon enough that I could write that little detail into a WIP of mine, but I didn't know how that would be recieved by the masses.
Anyway, I loved this. I love the "three weeks = a while". Pam's perfectly accurate, three weeks is not a while. I love the idea of Jim and Mark and their drug den. Heh.

Ok I will be the first to say that I love it. I've always seen Jim as a former stoner frat-boy type. (And though in real life I tend to really hate the adults I know that still smoke pot like "grow up already!" but that is besides the point...) I can totally see after spending 8 hours with Michael Scott that someone might need to chill a little...
