Haha. I love this story, but what made me laugh was that Pam thinks she will have plenty of time to get to know the Stamford employees. Shame they pretty much were dropping like flies.
Anyways, I really loved these short little bits explaining thoughts of those important moments. All really well written and just great. Really showing the way that S3 shaped those two

Loved this summary of Karen & Jim: It took all of 15 minutes for them to break up. It was almost as if they both knew it was coming but just didn't know when.
The problem was he wasn't a better man...just a different one.
That sounds like a plausible description of how it could have happened that Jim is back in Scranton so quickly. I hope you're right!
