Ooh, I loved this!
My favorite part was from the third one:

She had been laughing and that made him laugh and she kept trying to hug him all the while saying, “Be my friend, Jim!  Be my friend!”

And he only had a second so he quickly wrapped his arms around her, holding her briefly.

“Always.”


That's just so cute, and so sweet, and so them.

WOW. I love these - I couldn't even pick a favorite; each time I'd read one, I'd think, that's the best one!  ....And then you'd outdo yourself on the next.  I have to say though - the last one?  Sexy.  Guh.

All of these vignettes were so different and yet each so bittersweet and touching in their own way.  Perfect. 

As adorable as drunk Jim and Pam can be, they need to respect the Man (aka Dave Barry).  Otherwise, I will come to Scranton and kick their butt. ;)

Each vignette was so cute!  I can't choose a favorite, though I did love the Princess Bride shout-out in the fourth one.

Yay!  Thanks so much for answering my President Halpert request!  I liked that this had such a great mixture of funny & poignant & sweet. 

“The day you’re president will be the day I get married.”  Gah, that line just killed me.  And Jim's anger in response was perfect.  He could have just laughed, but the anger was better, because he would hate that, hate the tacit admission that she's given up hope for her dream & her happiness.

And their "first kiss" was lovely.  I shivered when he leaned down to kiss her throat.  And I love the image of them standing with their foreheads touching.
