Good Lord darling, you write amazing fluff! This was fantastic and wonderful and just so perfect. I love your ability to mix in massive amounts of sugary sweetness and yet its not too over the top and sickening. It was well written and .... I can't help but wonder where my Jim is! ...oh well... a girl can dream.

Your writing is amazing, truly. It fascinates me, how you can take something so simple and make it so incredibly evocative and beautiful and just... perfect.
This was beautiful, as ever. Loved the feeling (because you don't just describe it, you make me feel it) of how he makes her feel safe.
And I was captivated by those People pictures too, so I'm glad they inspired you to write this. This story somehow fits with the beauty and intensity of those pics.

I love this for a million reasons - starting with I love anything where they are happy and ending with I love the idea of them being in the same place where I live. (And I realize they are fictional but humor me.)
And if you ask me, you should never doubt. I'm of the opinion that everything you write is great.
Author's Response:
Haha. No, I completely understand. There was one single fic with these two in DC (though I'm blanking on what fic it was and who wrote it) which is where I live and I loved every minute of it.
Thank you so much. I'll probably still always be doubtful about things I write, but that's really nice to hear, especially coming from a writer like you.

Oh man, most perfect proposal conversation ever. And her sad smile.
Author's Response: Thanks!

Yes, it is very good.
You've captured that feeling, that tinge of melancholy in them that is there even in the most wonderful, sweet moments. I don't think that would ever really go away, because it is part of Pam, or maybe Jim, or maybe both (and they're really the same, aren't they?). This is really well done.
Author's Response: Thanks so much!

I loved the fear of falling (literal and metaphorical) and the sense of security he provides her. It was a lovely sentiment to see that they fit in that way.
Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it! :)

oh god, it was perfect. every single bit of it. now could you build her a house with a terrace upstairs?
Author's Response: Thanks! Jim would so build her that hosue with a terrace with his own bare hands, I think.
Author's Response: house is what i mean.

This just made me sigh happily. I love that he makes her feel safe, and she makes him feel whole. I love that you said "better than anyone" rather than "better than everyone." I love that this reminded me of the song "Us" by Regina Spektor. I love the whole paragraph about how and where they're connected, but it's too long to quote in this review. This whole thing was perfect and I loved it. But don't I love everything that you write?
Author's Response: Thank you so much. And Us is actually one of the songs I was thinking about with the "monuments and statues" thing. I love that song.
