This story is becoming a great commentary on the nature of "reality" shows & how much they're manipulated to get good ratings. Jim and Pam are being treated like pawns, but then THEY are being duplicitous and manipulating the circumstances for their own benefit--very interesting! Congratulations on writing a story with themes that work on many levels.

this is just getting better and better.
I loved the whole fight aspect. And I can see "Brian's" point of Jim not wanting anyone else to have Pam. It matches some of the opinions I had in season 3.
I love the angst, but I am waiting for some happiness... that or maybe the Pam convo with Flonkerted.
Great work and looking forward to the next chapter.

Excellent, as usual! I definitely can't blame Pam for wanting something more than Jim's giving her right now, and with the whole Karen situation, this seems like a logical place to take that.
I must say, I was kind of hoping for a bigger moment of realization in regards to their online personalities though.
Author's Response: Thanks so much for your feedback. After thinking about it for a day and a half, I realized that the reveal didn't come out the way I wanted to. I went back and tweaked a few things and left some other things for future chapters.

I'm okay to have Pam hooking up with someone else. She is hurting, and clearly, she is doing something a little stupid. I was more surprised by the fact that the whole chat thing was blown wide open. I thought they had suspicions but didn't know for sure. I don't see Jim and Pam as ones to ever confront things head on.
Anyway, it is an interesting storyline you have going.

MA-- Thanks so much for your feedback. And after reading what people have to say, and calling my beta in the middle of the work day, I decided that I wasn't successful in what I was attempting to do. I've gone back and tweaked a couple of things in the chapter and I'm much happier about where things are going now.
