I can't believe that this story doesn't have more reviews. (I used to lurk before, but I registered an account just to write a review!) I suppose it's because we're now in season 4, and the preference is for Happy!Jam.
I thought you did an amazing job with this story, as it fits naturally in the storyline. I loved reading Pam and Michael's reaction to Jim's departure - especially when Michael retreats to his office. It reminds us of how sweet Michael really is.
Lastly, Jim and Pam's exchange at the end was beautifully written. I love how he holds her to him and gives her a kiss to the corner of her mouth. So bittersweet. Well done.

I knew it said Post Casino Night, but it was still a shock (read too many Post Job fics!).
This was so heartbreaking, and it was wonderful for it. I can totally imagine thats what happened.
